1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1-3] business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festival seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: Usually takes [5-7] business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: (If available) Usually takes [2-3] business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your Tracking Number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • Since our products (floral garlands and hangings) are delicate, we use high-quality, secure packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • We recommend fluffing out the floral items gently upon arrival, as they may get slightly compressed during transit.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Ashtvinayak Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the customer provides an incorrect address.

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, you must provide an Unboxing Video as per our Return Policy to claim a replacement or refund.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship [Only within India / Worldwide].

  • For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
